Maid of Honor - Sister

Steph and Brandon are quite the duo. From afar, they seem like your typical couple. Cute and nice. But if you’ve had the pleasure of getting to know them up close, you would know that they are weird, quirky, generous, and INSANE. Steph and Brandon are two I can always count on no matter the time of day (because they both work from home). They are always down for an adventure, whether it’s to climb a slippery mountain or a late night run for some boba and tacos. If y’all don’t know Steph and Brandon like I do, good. That means they’ll have more time for me :^)

Bridesmaid - Friend

The story of Steph and Vanessa - honestly I can’t remember the exact moment we met hahaha! Sometime during my freshman year of college (2016). Besides that, our lives have been intertwined from that moment. Whether it be attending VSA events, BOONK GANG, joining her family line in Sigma Psi Zeta and becoming her glittle, traveling, dying in Yosemite, ski trips, and now… I have the privilege of being a bridesmaid in her WEDDING! Come be part of Brandon and Steph’s journey!

When I first met Steph, she intimidated me a lot. Steph is like an onion; once you peel apart the layers and wipe away the tears, you get to see her true self. Our friendship has grown so much over the years, whether it was all the movie nights or late night food runs. Her special day is so important to me, and I'm blessed to call her a best friend. My best wishes to her and Brandon for a bright future together!

Steph has been like a big sister to me since I’ve met her. From the time we first watched a movie together, assembled Japanese gummy DIY kits together, to the countless times we’ve baked cookies, had our ‘girl talks’, and the adventures we had in various cities - I am so grateful for my friendship with her. Steph has an incredibly big heart and soul and I feel so lucky to be in her life and to help plan her special day with Brandon. They’re an awesome team and partners to witness in action and I’m so excited to witness their sacred union of love and devotion towards another.

Steph came into my life when she approached me in the Baltimore Room in the back of stamp for VSA. She further solidified this bond when she plotted her way to influence ME to choose HER as a big. Over the past 8 years we’ve been on exciting adventures around the world. I’m truly thrilled for Steph and Brandon on their next chapter in life.

I met Steph and Brandon in college. Steph reached out to me to rush Sigma and she is now my big. Steph would invite me to VSA events where I then met Brandon. They were both always so accommodating and ensured that I felt comfortable in a group setting of unfamiliar people. Steph is an organized and particular person whereas Brandon is more laid back, making them the perfect match! I look forward to seeing everyone again at the wedding as it has been years since reunion.

Best Man - Brother

As Brandon’s little brother, my relationship with Brandon has been a wild ride, going from us fighting all the time to becoming the best of brothers. There has never been a person who looks out for me more than my brother and I have the utmost respect for him. I know that Brandon and Stephanie will conquer life’s next challenges together.

Groomsman - Friend

No one has been with me longer through thick and thin. Both Steph and Brandon have stuck it out with me through every crazy idea I've had. From their first anniversary on my birthday to this wedding, I can't wait for the union of two of my closest friends.

Excited to FINALLY be celebrating Brandon and Steph’s wedding soon. They are some of the first friends I made in college and I’m grateful for all the long nights partying and studying, to vacationing and eventually living together too. Congratulations! P.S. Groomsman - Cousin

Growing up as an only child I've had very few people that I've been able to look up to. But despite this, Brandon time and time again was always one of them. There were many things I was scared of however, after realizing that for every uncomfortable situation I've been in such as my first time drinking or making new friends in college, Brandon has always been there to encourage me. I wish Brandon and Steph the best of luck in this new chapter of their lives.

It often amazes the mind how far we have gotten from young, bright-eyed, and naive students at UMCP. I am glad to have witnessed part of the amazing growth you both shared into being proud, successful, and disciplined human beings. I could not wish for life to have turned out any different. Happy wedding both of you, cheers to the 4AM nights, and cheers to many more years of being great friends.

Since our UMD days, Brandon and I have always been able to talk about anything – from an upcoming VSA camping trip to a major life milestone like proposing to Steph. After graduating, it’s been harder to meet up, but we always seem to pick up right where we left off.

I've had the privilege of being a part of Steph's life journey from Day 1 and I couldn't be more proud. Steph, as your mom, I vow to always have your best interest at heart and though we are many, many, many miles apart, I will never leave your side. I wish you a lifetime full of love and happiness as you continue to build your life and family with Brandon. I absolutely can not wait to continue this journey with you and be a part of your next adventure!

As Steph’s favorite brother, growing up with a bossy older sister wasn’t easy, but now I know I needed it. Now that we are adults, I’m happy to be apart of this grand occasion and I can’t wait to see what adventures Steph and Brandon have in store.

I was tough on Brandon throughout his life because he is our first child and the oldest. I wanted to make sure he is on the right track and setting good examples for his siblings. I am so proud of Brandon's on all of his accomplishments and a man he turns into. Well I don't need to do it anymore, now that he will have his own family. . I wish both of you to have a sharing, respecting, and loving marriage for life. Phew! one less to worry........yipeee!
