How To Get There

BY CAR
The wedding venue is nearly a 2.5 hour straight shot down I-95 South from the DC Metro Area, and about a 4.5. hour drive from Philadelphia, PA. Once off I-95 South, the venue is 20 minutes away.

BY PLANE
Richmond International Airport (RIC) is located only 30 minutes from the venue.

Things To Do

  • 100 acre Victorian estate and public park. Explore the well preserved mansion, the Japanese Gardens, or take a carriage ride all while learning about historic Virginia.

  • With over 50 acres just outside of Richmond, explore dozens of themed gardens, a conservatory, library, and cafe.

    $17 adult $14 seniors
    9am - 5pm

  • A scenic walk where you can enjoy both the city of Richmond and the James River. The entrance is on the river side just west of 14th street. Look for the trail to duck down to the edge of the river behind the old ice cooler that's kept there for summer concert performance. A dirt path runs through the woods along the water's edge before leading you to the pipeline.

  • The James river offers a variety of activities. Rent a Kayak and explore the river park system with awesome sites such as the Victorian Gothic Pump House and downtown’s Manchester Climbing Wall.
